Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead busy complex operations across our parks. You’ll ensure high presentation, deliver warm guest service, assist with labour planning, manage orders and cash handling, monitor stock, and uphold food safety standards.

You’ll work closely with kitchen teams, support recruitment and training, handle guest feedback, and step in for the Complex Manager when needed. A passion for hospitality and flexible shifts are essential.

• Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a food and beverage environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality setting.
• Confidence handling cash and following financial controls.

Mansioni

• Ensure complex is presented to high standards and compliant with food safety policies.
• Deliver a warm welcome and meet guest needs throughout their visit.
• Assist Complex Manager with labour planning and wage cost control.
• Place and manage food and beverage orders using ordering systems.
• Manage cash handling procedures, till use and cashing up.
• Monitor stock levels to reduce waste and achieve gross profit targets.
• Support recruitment, induction, and training of team members.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure specification and portion control.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to secure positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and training requirements.
• Cover shifts to maintain seamless operations in absence of the Complex Manager.
• Support additional tasks as required by General Manager or Complex Manager.
