Job summary

Parkdean Resorts seeks a proactive Complex Manager to oversee multi-outlet food, beverage and retail operations across our parks. You will lead large teams, maximise revenue, and ensure safe, profitable operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This senior role requires strong commercial acumen, a track record of developing people, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, multi-outlet F&B/retail teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, margins and KPI management.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing staff in a fast-paced park environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all F&B and retail teams to deliver guest-focused culture.
• Achieve budgets and margins across all outlets through stock, payroll, cash handling and cost controls.
• Perform stock takes, line checks, audits and report results with corrective actions.
• Drive guest experiences by embedding service quality and operational excellence.
• Recruit, train and retain high-performing teams.
