Job summary

Warner Hotels is recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service shifts and uphold exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants and bars at Heythrop Park. You will coach, motivate, and develop the team while maintaining high operational standards and a warm welcome for all guests.

You will work closely with managers and team leaders to drive service excellence, manage health and safety, and ensure smooth operation of our hospitality spaces.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as on shift leader across the department and monitor operational standards.
• Serve as main guest contact during the shift and handle queries, VIPs, and special requests.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and company policies; manage emergency procedures and incident reports.
• Monitor upselling opportunities and ensure correct cash handling and billing processes.
• Conduct thorough shift handovers and prepare shift reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate crisis response and lead teams to minimise disruption and protect guest safety.
