Job summary

Warner Hotels at Heythrop Park in the Cotswolds is seeking a Head of Food & Beverage to lead operations across multiple outlets, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving commercial performance. You will optimise menus, manage cost control and P&L, and coach a high-performing team in a hands-on leadership role within this flagship estate.

Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B managers, you will implement central initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape the guest

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Track record of delivering exceptional service standards.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Commercial know-how in revenue delivery including upselling.
• Thorough understanding of compliance across food safety, licensing, and health & safety.
• Strong operational and commercial execution with a data-driven approach.
• Technical proficiency with EPOS, stock control, rostering systems; MS Excel.
• Outstanding organisational and problem-solving ability with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars and outlets.
• Implement Head Office menus, promotions and revenue initiatives locally.
• Take ownership of F&B P&L, controlling costs and reporting results.
• Create efficient rotas and manage labour spend.
• Champion service excellence and guest experience.
• Recruit, train and performance-manage the F&B team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing and health & safety.
• Collaborate with Sales, Events, HR and Procurement.
• Identify efficiencies and pilot improvements within Head Office guidelines.
• Maintain governance with approved procurement processes.
