Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Head of Food and Beverage for Heythrop Park to lead and optimise all F&B operations across the estate, ensuring exceptional dining and service experiences. You will partner with the Executive Chef and F&B Managers to drive commercial performance, coach a high-performing team and ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

The role demands strong leadership, people development, and a data-driven, cost-conscious approach to labour and procurement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-outlet F&B operations with strong cost control and P&L management.
• Track record of delivering exceptional service standards and enhancing guest experiences.
• Demonstrable ability to build and lead high-performing teams with regular performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars and outlets.
• Implement Head Office menus, promotions and revenue-driving initiatives locally.
• Take ownership of F&B P&L, control labour, waste and stock; report performance.
