Warner Hotels at Heythrop Park is seeking a Head of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations across the estate, delivering exceptional guest dining experiences. You will work with the Executive Chef and F&B Managers to optimise service, menus and revenue while coaching a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for staffing, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing standards, aiming to elevate Heythrop Park as a premier hospitality destination.

• Proven track record leading multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Strong cost control and P&L accountability.
• Excellent team leadership and development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, bars and outlets.
• Implement Head Office menus, promotions and revenue-driving initiatives.
• Direct labour planning, rostering and cost control to meet targets.
• Drive guest experience and service excellence with high standards.
• Develop and coach F&B team; manage recruitment and performance.
• Ensure health, safety and licensing regulatory compliance.
