Job summary

Andras House Ltd is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead on-shift service, oversee daily F&B operations, and ensure compliance with brand standards. You’ll work with the Conference and Banqueting teams to maintain high guest experiences across the outlets.

You’ll manage staff, uphold safety and hygiene, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving department targets and delivering consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Food & Beverage role.
• Proven experience supervising and directing others.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on shift during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure department is adequately resourced and meets standards.
• Uphold Crowne Plaza brand standards and drive guest satisfaction.
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance across the F&B area.
• Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
