Job summary

ATG Entertainment Limited is seeking a Head of Food & Beverage Operations to lead the end-to-end delivery of our F&B strategy across the estate. You will design and implement venue-level operating standards, layouts and concepts, ensuring consistent customer experiences and seamless service across bars, kiosks and lounges.

The role drives continuous improvement in service speed, product ranges, pricing execution and stock control, while shaping training content and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Sets standard for transaction speed and interval conversion and designs initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Owns bar, kiosk, and lounge counter layout design to eliminate server crossover and bottlenecks.
• Translates range and pricing strategy into executable venue activity and flags blockers and opportunities at planning stage.
• Designs new planograms to support updated ranges, ensuring margin-accretive products hold eye-level positions and layouts are operable at peak.
• Accounts for F&B food safety framework across the estate; approves operating procedures and risk assessments.
• Designs stock wastage initiatives to support run-down of stock arising from F&B initiatives and range change.
• Identifies where training is needed across the venues and designs training content for hospitality initiatives and product launches, delivering training with the F&B Operations Manager.
• Leads the F&B project portfolio including seasonal operations, new cafe/bar/lounge launches, and new initiatives; owns delivery of new/refurbished F&B concepts and CAPEX submissions.
• Key owner of F&B systems (EPOS, inventory management, DAS, till system) and defines business requirements across all F&B systems.
