Florattica, a stylish rooftop venue in London, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with the management team to ensure service excellence, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role or similar leadership position in a busy hospitality setting.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong leadership to motivate and support a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Knowledge of stock management, cost controls, and upselling techniques.
• Understanding of food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Assist management with opening/closing procedures and policies.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve feedback and complaints promptly.
• Assist training and development of team members to improve service knowledge.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to stock control, ordering, and wastage minimisation.
• Support revenue targets through upselling and guest engagement.
