ibis London Blackfriars is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Shift Leader to oversee Charlie's Corner Bar & Restaurant during evening service. You will lead and motivate the F&B team, maintain high guest service standards, and ensure smooth operation of the bar area.

The role offers 39-hour weeks, a base salary of £32,042.40 per year plus monthly tips, and a range of Accor benefits, including hotel-rate discounts and wellbeing support.

Formación

• Have previous Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership experience
• Be passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be fluent in English
• Be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, although the role will predominantly involve evening shifts
• Be confident leading a team in a busy service environment

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for the smooth operation of Charlie's Corner during your shift, with a strong focus on evening service
• Train and develop team members, helping them reach their full potential
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and brand standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, wastage management and inventory processes
• Support daily financial procedures, end-of-day reporting and banking all finances
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any issues
• Work closely with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience

As our next Food & Beverage Shift Leader, you will be a key part of our Food & Beverage team, leading service within Charlie's Corner Bar & Restaurant and helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

You will:

• Lead, motivate and support the Food & Beverage team throughout each shift
