ibis London Blackfriars, part of Accor, is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Shift Leader to lead Charlie's Corner Bar & Restaurant and deliver memorable guest experiences in central London.

You will oversee the F&B team across shifts, drive service standards, and ensure smooth evening operations. The role offers strong progression through the Accor Academy, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends/bank holidays.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a busy service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the F&B team across each shift.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards.
• Ensure smooth operation of Charlie's Corner during evening service.
• Train and develop team members to reach potential.
• Support stock control, ordering, wastage and inventory processes.
• Handle guest feedback proactively and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
