Responsibilities

• Enhances guest satisfaction and manages guest comments to improve loyalty.
• Organises and supervises points of sale according to activity forecasts.
• Plans daily work to align with the Food and Beverage Manager and leads by example.
• Manages recruitment, onboarding and staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintains high hygiene and safety standards across all F&B areas.
• Develops strong relationships with guests and drives revenue through local initiatives.
