Job summary

Goals is seeking an Assistant Manager in Leeds, West Yorkshire to help manage day-to-day operations and staff across the facility. You will support the General Manager in executing operational and sales plans to promote excellence and maximise income opportunities.

You will supervise team members, cleaners and maintenance, coordinate stock, manage cash controls, and ensure a high standard of service for customers and guests at the facility.

Qualifications

• Supervise all employees including Team Members, Cleaners and Maintenance.
• Support recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
• Ensure sound administration procedures and company reporting.
• Uphold Health & Safety policy and staff training.
• Attend weekly management meetings and coordinate cross-designation meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, effective and efficient service to users of Goals facilities.
• Assist General Manager to develop sales and marketing plans to maximise income.
• Coordinate stock and ordering to ensure smooth club operations.
• Maintain facilities, fixtures and fittings to high standards.
• Oversee cash and stock reconciliation per company policy.
