Qualifications

• Minimum N level; NITEC in Food & Beverage Operations preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Clear, polite interaction with guests and team.
• Friendly personality with a genuine interest in serving people.
• Open to Permanent, Part-time, or Contract employment.
• Students welcome for Part-time or Temporary roles (minimum 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Check station supplies daily to ensure adequate inventory for smooth service.
• Prepare and maintain the F&B service environment for optimal guest experience.
• Inspect function rooms before opening to confirm readiness for business.
• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to available tables.
• Take guest orders accurately and confirm details to prevent errors.
• Assist guests by placing napkins on laps before serving meals.
• Monitor order progress to ensure timely and complete service.
• Clear dishes after each course with guest permission to maintain cleanliness.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests throughout service.
• Verify bills for accuracy before presenting to guests and clearly communicate charges.
• Confirm change amounts with cashier before returning to guests.
• Express gratitude to guests as they leave to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support service at other stations or locations as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support operations
