Job summary

100 Queen's Gate Hotel in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking an experienced F&B Assistant to join our luxury dining team. You’ll support restaurant service, greet guests and help maintain a smooth, welcoming operation throughout shifts.

You will bring a real passion for food and drink, strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits, and a can‑do attitude to create memorable guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of service and presentation.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Assistant to join our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The Role

As F&B Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our restaurant and build great relationships with our customers. You’ll have a good understanding of restaurant operations, a real passion for food and drink and a strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits.

The Person

As well as having previous experience in a similar role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can‑do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.

The Hotel

Situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with 228 bedrooms including 11 suites, this period building has been beautifully restored to its former glory in a luxurious design to offer the ultimate in relaxation.

The rooms and suites at the hotel exude elegance and guests can enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea in Botanica with its sophisticated atrium setting or unwind with a late-night drink in our cocktail bar, ESQ.
