Crimson Hotels is seeking a Group and Events Planning Executive for 100 Queen's Gate Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton. You will coordinate high-end leisure and corporate events, from contract to delivery, ensuring top-level service and memorable experiences.
You will build strong client relationships, manage requirements, logistics, and on-site execution, while collaborating with central bookings and operations to guarantee flawless delivery.

As Group and Events Planning Executive, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination and execution of a variety of high-end events, including leisure and corporate group stays, meetings, banquets, and private functions. Working closely with clients, you will ensure their visions are brought to life while upholding the highest levels of service and professionalism.
You will also – but not be limited to:
Meeting with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and requirements
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business
Planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of group and event logistics from contract to delivery
Acting as the main point of contact for clients before and during events, ensuring all requirements are met
Liaising with the central bookings team and operational departments to guarantee smooth event delivery
Overseeing rooming list input, event set-ups, and all on-site arrangements including AV and catering
Conducting meet-and-greet duties on event days and managing any issues that arise
Following up post-event to gather feedback and discuss future opportunities
Supporting sales through sharing leads and participating in hotel promotional activities
Preparing and sharing detailed function sheets to ensure smooth communication across departments

Minimum 2 years’ experience in event planning within the hospitality industry (desirable)
Knowledge of PMS systems such as OnQ / Opera and Delphi S&C (desirable)
