The Role:
As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, providing tailored support for students with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support for children with SEN, ensuring they can engage with the curriculum

• Support children in developing social, emotional, and academic skills
• Assist with classroom activities and manage behaviour to promote a positive learning environment
• Observe and monitor the progress of students, offering feedback to the class teacher
• Work with parents, staff, and outside agencies to ensure consistent support for each child
