Are you a caring and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a Lancaster-based primary school to recruit a passionate individual for a full-time SEN TA role starting in September 2025.
About the role:
You will be supporting a child in the Early Years Foundation Stage with additional needs, providing one-to-one support, promoting inclusive learning, and helping to create a safe, nurturing environment. The role is ideal for someone with experience working with ASD, communication difficulties, or sensory needs, though tailored training and support will be provided.

Experience supporting children in EYFS, ideally with SEN
