Are you passionate about supporting young learners at the very start of their education journey?
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a wonderful primary school in Blackpool (FY4) to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available to suit your availability.
The Role:
Supporting children in Nursery and Reception with their learning and development.
Working closely with class teachers and the EYFS team to deliver engaging activities.
Providing one-to-one and small group support as required.
Encouraging social, emotional, and educational development through play and structured activities.
Assisting with the preparation of resources and the maintenance of a safe and nurturing learning environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience).
Have experience working with young children, ideally within an EYFS setting.
Be committed, caring, and able to foster positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
