Boots Opticians in the UK is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor, listening to needs and helping them find eyewear solutions.

You will learn through our industry-leading 'Step Into Optics' training programme, covering workshop-based learning and on-the-job experience, and you will be involved in dispensing, pre-screening activities, eye-tests support, aftercare, and store administration while keeping standards high.

Formación

• Customer care passion required.
• Willingness to learn required.

Responsabilidades

• Order, dispense and collect glasses and contact lenses.
• Assist with eye-tests and pre-screening activities.
• Provide aftercare through repairs and adjustments.
• Complete dispensing prescriptions' administrative tasks.
• Maintain shop floor standards.
