Key Responsibilities

• Operate blown film extrusion lines safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to maintain product quality and minimise waste
• Conduct quality checks and complete production records accurately
• Perform start-ups, shut-downs, and product changeovers as required
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or processing issues
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and ensure a clean, safe working area
• Proven experience working in an extrusion or similar plastic manufacturing environment
