Job summary

The Best Connection West Bromwich is recruiting an Export Sales Administrator to manage orders, export documentation, invoicing and communications with customers, sales managers and transport teams. The role emphasises accuracy, regulatory compliance and timely order processing.

You will liaise with internal departments to resolve issues, update despatch dates and maintain shipment records, while contributing ideas to improve procedures and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience within export commercial documentation.
• Good level of English and Mathematics.
• Computer literate - intermediate Word and Excel.
• Experience dealing with international customers.
• Ability to prioritise own workload and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from receipt to dispatch including export shipment documentation and invoicing.
• Be the point of contact with customers, international sales managers and transport companies to ensure timely communication.
• Maintain compliance with export regulations and liaise with external bodies for country-specific customs requirements.
• Update order despatch dates on SYSPRO and notify customers.
• Store all shipment documents and related notes.
