Job summary

Atkore is seeking an Export Sales Administrator to manage international orders from West Bromwich. You will process orders, manage documentation, and liaise with customers, international sales managers, and transport companies to ensure timely, accurate communication.

You will ensure export compliance and support internal teams with product, dispatch and pricing inquiries, contributing to a high-quality global service offering.

Qualifications

• Experience handling export documentation and customer queries.
• Good level of English and mathematical numeracy.
• Computer literate with Word and Excel.
• Experience dealing with international customers.

Responsibilities

• Process orders using Syspro, check inventory, and resolve queries.
• Be the main contact for customers, international sales managers and transport companies.
• Handle end-to-end order processing from receipt to dispatch and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and country-specific custom requirements.
• Coordinate responses to stock, pricing and discount queries with International Sales Managers.
• Store shipment documents and update despatch dates in Syspro.
