Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a leading manufacturing company to recruit an Export Administrator to support the Export Sales Manager and ensure an excellent customer journey. You will process orders, manage the flow across departments, respond to enquiries, record activity in Salesforce, and arrange transport for non-standard deliveries.

Export docs such as invoices and EUR1s will also be handled. Mon-Thu 8.30am-4.30pm; Fri 8.30am-4pm.

Competenze

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.
• Experience in export admin / project admin / sales admin roles desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely responses.

Mansioni

• Process customer orders and send order acknowledgments.
• Own the order management flow, coordinating with all departments as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and take action promptly.
• Record activity in Salesforce CRM.
• Arrange transport for non-standard deliveries and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle export administration such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, EUR1s, etc.
