The Best Connection West Bromwich is seeking an Export Sales Administrator to manage export orders from receipt to dispatch. You will coordinate with international sales managers and transport companies, ensuring accurate export documentation, invoicing and timely communication.
The role requires experience in export documentation, good English and maths, and proficiency with SYSPRO, Word and Excel. An excellent team player who can work on their own initiative is needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with export commercial documentation.
- Good level of English and Mathematics.
- Computer literacy with Word and Excel.
- Good telephone manner.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience with international customers.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Responsibilities
- Process orders from receipt to dispatch using SYSPRO.
- Be the main contact with customers, international sales managers, and transport.
- Prepare export shipment documents and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and customs requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments on production, dispatch and stock.
- Update order despatch dates and notify customers.
- Follow Company Procedure regarding administrative tasks.
- Undertake other duties as required.
