THE·TEAM in London and Orpington is seeking an Experiential Event Operations/Production Executive to support Lidl's local store marketing and live event delivery.

You will split time between local store marketing and production coordination, coordinating crews, vendors, travel, and deadlines while keeping budgets and RAMS in check.

Qualifications

• Experience in account handling, production coordination, experiential or live events, or brand activations.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage several projects to tight timescales.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day point of contact for Lidl's regional teams, gathering information and coordinating local store event details.
• Oversee stock levels and process orders for in-store collateral items.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage event bookings.
• Prepare crew briefs, call sheets, load lists and installation guides.
• Coordinate hotels, travel, parking, site access and accreditation for crew and suppliers.
• Attend warehouse days, pre-production meetings, site visits, installs and de-rigs.
• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier quotations and budgets.
