Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Experiential Event Operations/Production Executive to support Lidl across the UK, split between local store marketing and production coordination. The role is hybrid, based in London and Orpington, and involves coordinating event details, staff, and suppliers, as well as assisting with budgets and compliance.

You will liaise with regional Lidl teams, prepare briefs, and manage schedules while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced live events environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account handling, production coordination, or live events.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• UK driving licence; willing to travel and weekend work.
• RAMS knowledge and health & safety familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Local Store Marketing and event coordination for Lidl regional teams.
• Oversee stock levels and process orders for collateral items.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage event bookings.
• Coordinate crew briefs, travel, and site access.
• Attend pre-production meetings and live event de-rigs.
• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier budgets.
• Maintain project schedules and documentation across projects.
