Job summary

THE TEAM in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced client services professional to manage active programs, timelines, budgets, and staffing while coordinating with producers, creative, strategy, and operations teams on site.

You will work across levels from Account Executive to Director, with 1–10+ years in experiential events, strong communication, and a detail‑oriented, proactive approach. On-site experience is required, with domestic and international projects a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–10+ years of client‑facing experience in experiential or event agency.
• Strong understanding of experiential production workflows and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders at once.
• Detail‑obsessed, proactive approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• On‑site experience required (domestic and/or international a plus).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
• Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
• Work closely with internal producers, creative, strategy, and operations teams.
• Translate client goals into clear internal direction.
• Manage onsite execution and post-event wrap.
• Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.
