Job summary

The TEAM is a live events specialist providing branding, signage, fabrication and experiential services across the UK, Europe and beyond. This role sits in our Orpington team, with responsibilities spanning conferences, corporate events and branded environments from planning through post-event review.

You will coordinate budgets, timelines, logistics and supplier relationships while supporting on-site delivery and client communications. Travel within the UK and Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience in events, conferences, hospitality, experiential, production, project coordination, client services or a related environment; strong internships or placement experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from brief to post-event review.
• Plan, coordinate venues, suppliers, graphics and merchandise.
• Develop budgets, cost trackers and timelines.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare agendas, take notes and follow up on actions.
• Support post-event administration and feedback collection.
• Build relationships with clients, venues and suppliers.
• Assist with on-site delivery and troubleshooting.
