Job summary

THE.TEAM in London and Orpington is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services to lead on the planning and delivery of brand experiences for a supermarket account. You will own strategy, client presentations, budgeting and feasibility through to on-site activation.

As a senior team member you will manage a key client relationship, oversee budgets, coordinate suppliers and staff, and ensure high-quality service against contract KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage senior client relationships and day-to-day client management.
• Maintain clear communication and reporting with client and brand stakeholders.
• Develop client briefs and contribute to strategic/creative platforms.
• Lead brainstorms, shape ideas with industry knowledge.
• Deliver well-written presentations for clients and suppliers.
• oversee project systems, procedures and timelines.
• Plan and deliver projects, manage on-site activations and budgets.
• Monitor pricing, profits, budgets, and payments.
• Manage venue selection, health & safety paperwork, and partner coordination.
• Develop project reports, timelines and schedules.
• Ensure contract terms are met and KPI targets are achieved.
• Set KPIs, evaluate campaigns, and compile case studies.
• Identify and pursue additional business opportunities within the account.
• Lead by example and maintain high quality of work.
• Line-manage an Account Executive.
