For more information, please visit the.team .This Experiential Event Operations/Production Executive role sits within LIVE·TEAM's Brand Experience Division on the Lidl account, and is split evenly between two functions: local store marketing account executive, working with the Account Manager and Account Director to deliver brand experiences up and down the country, and production coordinator, supporting the Operations Producer across live event and experiential delivery.This will be a hybrid working role, working from both our London and Orpington office.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Local Store Marketing (50%)Act as day-to-day point of contact for Lidl's regional teams, gathering information and coordinating local store event detailsOversee stock levels and process orders for in-store collateral itemsSchedule staff shifts and manage event bookingsWork with Lidl's internal teams to facilitate the creation of event vouchersProvide regional teams with regular event progress updates via Lidl's WorkstreamX softwareCompile client responses and presentations; contribute ideas in brainstormsProduction Coordination (50%)Prepare crew briefs, call sheets, load lists, accreditation lists and install guidesCoordinate hotels, travel, parking, site access and accreditation for crew and suppliersSupport the Operations Producer with supplier sourcing, finding practical, cost-effective optionsAttend warehouse days, pre-production meetings, site visits, installs and de-rigsHelp manage last-minute changes calmly during live delivery; track snags through to completionSupport post-event reconciliation and stock returnsShared Across Both SidesRaise purchase orders, gather supplier quotations, and track and reconcile budgetsManage supplier relationships across LSM and production requirementsMaintain project schedules, trackers, action lists and deadlines across multiple live projectsJoin client and internal meetings; keep on top of actions and deadlines in weekly team meetingsAssist with RAMS, insurance certificates and other event compliance paperworkKeep project folders, supplier details and documentation organised and currentTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:Experience in account handling, production coordination, experiential or live events, or brand activationsStrong organisational skills, able to manage several projects simultaneously to tight timescalesConfident building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, crew and colleaguesClear written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detailNumerate and comfortable handling quotations, purchase orders and budgetsGood working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookPractical problem-solver who researches options and recommends solutions, not problemsWorking understanding of event health & safety and RAMSFull, clean UK driving licence; confidence driving vans is a plusProactive, and comfortable taking ownership without needing every action explainedCalm under pressure and when plans change or deadlines tightenAdaptable, practical and willing to get hands-onAble to judge what to resolve independently versus what needs escalatingCollaborative and diplomatic when chasing busy internal teamsHappy with early starts, late finishes, travel and occasional weekend workQuick to learn, and keen to develop into managing their own projectsTHE·TEAM does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
