WARNERS Gloucester is seeking a Service Advisor to connect customers with the workshop, ensuring exceptional service and seamless bookings. You will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to workshop efficiency.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for service. A minimum of 2 years in customer service and telephone experience is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service and telephone experience.
• Experience in the motor industry is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• CSI: Build trust and exceed customer expectations to achieve high satisfaction.
• Product Sales: Promote ancillary products to meet daily targets.
• Upselling: Explain and promote additional services to maximise profit.
• Data Quality: Collect and manage customer and vehicle data accurately.
