The JobsBoard in Broadstairs is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join our established independent agency in Thanet. You will handle market appraisals, win new instructions, advise on marketing and pricing, and guide vendors and buyers through the sale journey.

The role requires at least four years of residential estate agency experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, professional approach. A full UK driving licence and good IT/CRM skills are essential.

Experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Broadstairs Thanet

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their established team in Thanet with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has solid estate agency experience and wants to take on a varied role within a respected, independent business.

The successful applicant should be confident, professional, commercially aware and comfortable dealing with clients at every stage of the moving process.

The role

The position will involve a broad range of residential sales duties, including:

• Carrying out market appraisals and valuations
• Winning new instructions and converting opportunities into business
• Advising vendors on marketing strategy and pricing
• Building strong relationships with sellers and buyers
• Conducting accompanied viewings
• Providing timely and constructive feedback
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Working closely with the rest of the sales team
• Helping to maintain sales momentum through to completion
• Generating new business through prospecting, networking and excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the company CRM system
• Ensuring clients receive regular communication throughout the process
• Representing the company professionally at all times

About you

Ideally, you will have four years' or more experience within residential estate agency.

However, our client is not looking simply to tick boxes. They are interested in finding the right person with the right attitude, experience and ambition.

You should be able to demonstrate:

Valuation experience would be an advantage, although they would also consider a strong negotiator who is ready to develop further into valuations.
