Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants invites applications for an Experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer in Thanet. Salary is up to £30,000 basic salary DOE, with OTE up to £30k DOE plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' residential estate agency experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience dealing with vendors and buyers.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Commercially aware and target driven.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive and customer focused approach.
• Good IT and CRM system knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Valuation experience desirable, but not essential for strong negotiators seeking progression.
