Rainham-based independent estate agency is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer to join a thriving office in Chatham, Kent. The role offers a competitive basic salary, realistic OTE of up to £37,000, a 5-day week, and ongoing training and support.

You will conduct rental valuations, win landlord instructions, generate and convert new lettings, manage a pipeline of properties, negotiate tenancy terms, and ensure smooth move-ins while exceeding targets.

• Proven lettings listing experience within an estate agency (essential).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience bringing multiple rental properties to market each month or working towards this level.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
