Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' residential estate agency experience preferred.

Salary:

Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE
OTE: Up to £30k DOE + plus commission
Additional Benefits: Car allowance (55p per mile), performance bonuses, pension, training and career development

About the Role

Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Thanet.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Valuer looking to join a successful, supportive team where collaboration and exceptional customer service are highly valued.

You will play a key role in winning new business, carrying out valuations, progressing sales and delivering an outstanding experience to buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.
