PSM Recruitment Ltd in Broadstairs, Thanet, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join an established, independent estate agency. The role covers residential sales, market appraisals, winning instructions, advising on marketing and pricing, viewings, and negotiations.

Ideal candidates will have four years’ residential estate agency experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, good knowledge of the local market, CRM proficiency, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in residential estate agency
• Strong communication skills and confident negotiation
• Good understanding of the local property market
• Proactive approach to winning business
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Full UK driving licence

Responsabilités

• Carry out market appraisals and valuations
• Win new instructions and convert opportunities into business
• Advise vendors on marketing strategy and pricing
• Build relationships with sellers and buyers
• Conduct accompanied viewings and provide feedback
• Negotiate offers and agree sales
• Maintain CRM records and regular client communications
• Support team and maintain sales momentum through to completion
• Generate new business through prospecting and networking
• Represent the company professionally at all times
