Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' residential estate agency experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience dealing with vendors and buyers.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Commercially aware and target driven.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive and customer focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and property valuations.

• Carry out accompanied viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
• Progress transactions through to completion.
• Generate new business through networking and prospecting.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems; provide regular client updates and feedback.

About the Role Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Thanet. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Valuer looking to join a successful, supportive team where collaboration and exceptional customer service are highly valued. You will play a key role in winning new business, carrying out valuations, progressing sales and delivering an outstanding experience to buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.
