Euromonitor International is seeking an Expansion Client Engagement Executive to grow our existing client portfolio by identifying opportunities, expanding stakeholder engagement and translating client needs into revenue.

You will work with the Client Retention team on expansion opportunities within established accounts, build commercial proposals and lead opportunities through to close, while strengthening relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer growth, expansion sales or consultative B2B sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with a passion for revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own an expansion and upsell revenue target across an established portfolio of clients.
• Identify whitespace opportunities across teams, functions and stakeholders within existing accounts.
• Build and execute account growth plans focused on revenue generation.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client challenges, priorities and business objectives.
• Develop compelling commercial proposals aligned to client needs.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery through to negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, budget holders and senior stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Client Retention colleagues to align customer value with growth opportunities.
• Support commercial renewals, including pricing, negotiation and contract progression.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
