Job summary

Euromonitor International Limited in London is seeking an Expansion Client Engagement Executive for a 12-month FTC, hybrid role. You will grow our existing client portfolio by identifying expansion opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and converting needs into revenue.

You'll work with senior decision-makers, build commercial proposals, and guide opportunities from discovery to close, aligning value with renewals and continued growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer growth, expansion sales or consultative B2B sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with a passion for revenue growth.
• Confidence managing opportunities from discovery through to close.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative approach with strong questioning and listening abilities.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, research, data, information services or professional services environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own an expansion and upsell revenue target across an established portfolio of clients.
• Identify whitespace opportunities across teams, functions and stakeholders within existing accounts.
• Build and execute account growth plans focused on revenue generation.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client challenges, priorities and business objectives.
• Develop compelling commercial proposals aligned to client needs.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery through to negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, budget holders and senior stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Client Retention colleagues to align customer value with growth opportunities.
• Support commercial renewals, including pricing, negotiation and contract progression.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
