Job summary

Internet Watch Foundation is seeking an Executive Team & Project Coordination Officer in Cambridge. The role backs the CEO with diary management, board and strategy meetings, and governance administration to track progress against strategic objectives.

You'll coordinate travel and events, draft communications for senior leaders, and support the wider executive team, using Microsoft 365 and approved AI tools in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at Executive/Board level and governance administration.
• Excellent minute-taking and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's diary, meetings and correspondence.
• Organise and service Board, committee and strategy meetings, prepare papers and minutes.
• Track actions to completion and monitor progress against objectives.
• Support governance processes, trustee records, inductions and engagement.
• Draft correspondence for senior leaders.
