This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing a wide variety of tasks, and is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.

About the Role

As the Executive & Strategic Account Assistant, you will support the Strategic Account team across reporting, CRM data, event coordination, and project work. You'll be at the heart of the team—helping to deliver strategic initiatives, prepare key business reviews, coordinate client engagement activities, and keep operations running smoothly.

This role is based out of our Chertsey and Birmingham Offices.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Support
  • Support the Strategic Programme Manager and Directors of Strategic Accounts with day‑to‑day operational duties.
  • Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) packs using agreed templates and inputs.
  • Maintain and update CRM dashboards and Power BI reporting to ensure accurate, live data.
  • Coordinate C‑suite engagement activities, including logistics, briefing materials, post‑event follow‑ups, and ROI tracking.
  • Organise and support team events such as away days, client showcase visits, and industry panels.
  • Manage client feedback and recognition programmes, including communication with Sector EAs and tracking impact and outcomes.
Executive Support
  • Provide high‑level administrative support to the Executive Director of Strategic Accounts and the wider team.
  • Manage complex diaries, anticipate scheduling clashes, and ensure the executive is fully prepared for all commitments.
  • Prioritise and manage inbox correspondence, highlighting urgent actions.
  • Coordinate meetings, leadership offsites, and client sessions—managing logistics, agendas, and documentation.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, briefs, and executive communications.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Process expenses and approvals in line with company policy.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support alignment with strategic priorities.
About You
  • We're looking for someone who is a self‑starter with strong initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Confident building strong working relationships at all levels, including board and C‑suite.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
  • Technically confident, with advanced Microsoft Office and collaboration tool skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • A problem‑solver with an anticipatory mindset.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • An independent thinker who can bring new ideas and improvements.
