Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and committee reporting. You will support the Risk Committee, ERC, and risk reporting to Senior Management and the Board of Management.

The role requires discreet handling of confidential information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines, with collaboration across Risk Control and broader teams.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in automotive finance or banking.
• Accurate minutes and committee packs production are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and reviews data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages meeting schedules and calendar to align risk reporting to the Board of Management.
• Oversees Terms of Reference reviews and crisis management documentation.
