Qualifications

• 1.5 years experience in the South Wales professional services market.
• Proven ability to generate and manage executive-level pipelines.
• Ability to consultant and influence clients and candidates at executive level.
• Strong written and verbal communication for adverts and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a pipeline of executive-level candidates.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across professional services including finance executives and business support roles.
• Engage with active and passive candidates, offering expert consultation.
• Write compelling job adverts and optimise them across multiple boards.
• Use Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
• Brief candidates and prepare them for interviews and assessments.
• Arrange and manage interview and onboarding processes.
• Place candidates into permanent and temporary roles and build client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example.
