Job summary

Identify Solutions in Cardiff is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Talent Partner for its Commercial team. The role focuses on delivering great candidates for established clients, with hybrid work (2 days in Cardiff office) and a 4.5-day week.

You’ll own the candidate search, engagement and pipeline, with potential to develop into a 360 recruitment role as you strengthen client relationships and spot new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong candidate sourcing, engagement and delivery skills.
• Confident with proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and job boards.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines and follow-ups in CRM.
• Pride in work quality and candidate/client experience.
• Hard-working, organised and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of finding and engaging great candidates for live opportunities.
• Manage candidate pipelines through to successful placement.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates in a delivery-focused role.
• Opportunity to grow into 360 recruitment over time.
