SafeHR is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to deliver employment law advice, practical guidance, and proactive HR support to a diverse client portfolio. You will act as a trusted partner, build strong client relationships, and provide tailored solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational HR, HR advisory or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and practical, commercially focused HR advice.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (or postgraduate Law).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR and employment law advice to clients and help them achieve business objectives.
• Act as trusted HR partner for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Deliver tailored HR solutions and best-practice guidance for people management across industries.
• Create, maintain, and review legally compliant HR documentation (contracts, policies, handbooks).
• Support growth of the consultancy service through client engagement and thought leadership initiatives.
