Hoop Housing is seeking a Senior Recruitment Partner to lead housing recruitment across Wales and the South West. You will build strong relationships with housing organisations, source top candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to placement.

Ideal candidates have 18 months+ housing recruitment experience in Wales or SW England, with a keen commercial mindset and a dedication to service excellence in a hybrid Cardiff-based

• 18 months housing recruitment experience in Wales or the South West of England.
• Strong understanding of the housing sector and its roles.
• Proven ability to build client and candidate relationships.
• Commercial mindset with ability to develop new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with housing organisations across Wales and the South West.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates in housing.
• Manage full recruitment process from briefing to placement.
• Provide honest, consultative advice to clients and candidates.
• Build a network of housing professionals and be seen as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with Hoop team to deliver outstanding service.
• Represent Hoop brand with energy, professionalism and integrity.
