As our Executive Producer you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive the studio forward. Overseeing our ambitious projects and talented teams, the position ensures that all efforts align with the company's vision and goals. By driving effective planning, forecasting, and process optimization, this role plays a key part in enhancing efficiency and maintaining clear operational direction. Ultimately, it contributes to the long‑term success and sustainability of the studio, ensuring its continued growth and excellence in the industry.

Project Planning and Management
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, taking responsibility for ensuring milestones are achieved and resources are effectively managed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Implement project management methodologies and tools to streamline workflows.
Team Leadership and Management
  • Lead and inspire our cross‑functional production team.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment conducive to innovation and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Resource Allocation and Budget Management
  • Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Work closely with the finance department to track expenses, forecast resource needs, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources according to project priorities and deadlines.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address risks and minimize disruptions.
  • Proactively monitor project progress to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reports with external stakeholders.
  • Communicate project goals, progress, and challenges effectively to team.
Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices throughout the development process.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to plan and execute testing strategies to ensure the quality and stability of the final product.
  • Iterate on feedback from QA testing to address bugs, glitches, and other issues in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game development.

Project Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, budgets, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct post‑mortem reviews at the conclusion of projects to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Extensive Industry Experience – Proven track record in game production and game launches, with experience leading multiple shipped AAA titles across various platforms.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management – Ability to manage relationships with publishers, investors, and internal leadership, ensuring alignment on vision, budgets, and timelines.
  • Project & Team Leadership – Experience leading large (100+), cross‑functional development teams, fostering collaboration, and driving projects from concept to release.
  • Financial & Budget Management – Expertise in budget planning, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
  • Risk Assessment & Problem‑Solving – Ability to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to clearly convey project status, challenges, and priorities to internal teams and external partners.
  • Passion for Games & Industry Trends – Up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, player expectations, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and success.
