Gallagher Bassett in the United Kingdom seeks a Managing Director to lead strategy, performance and growth of the loss adjusting business, ensuring exceptional client service, strong financial results and market-leading technical expertise.

You will build a high-performing team, strengthen client relationships with insurers, brokers and corporate clients, and position Gallagher Bassett as the first-choice partner while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the business.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience within loss adjusting, claims or insurance operations.
• Proven track record of driving growth and profitability with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in leading technical teams and stakeholder management.
• ACII or FCII qualified (ACILA/FCILA desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Set and deliver the strategic vision for the loss adjusting business.
• Drive profitable growth, operational performance and client retention.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing technical team.
