Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Field Team Manager – Loss Adjusting Services to lead a regional team of Loss Adjusters and deliver exceptional claims management services. This remote role involves travel as needed and requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and client-focused delivery.

You will coach, guide, and review activities, ensuring service levels, quality, and timely resolutions while building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders across the region.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of loss adjusting and claims handling.
• Proven ability to manage performance against KPIs and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Loss Adjusters across a designated area.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and coaching.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex claims.
• Manage a portfolio of claims with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Review reports for quality, compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and policyholders.
